Missed 3 Foot Birdie Putt Golden's Top Ten List-things you can do during a Long Island 30 minute wait:

10.  Drive from Friar's Head to Yale (and back) 4 times
9.  Play 36 holes (at least) at Bethpage Black
8.  Miss 3 3' Birdie putts (at least) during a nine hole stretch
7.  Read 'Missing Links' 3X
6.  Watch the Yankees blow at least one 3 run lead
5.  Read every GCA post for the past 24 hours
4.  Conduct Google searches for every Golden Age architect and read the top ten findings of each
3.  Watch the NBA draft from beginning to end and learn how to pronounce each Euro name
2.  Learn how to speak Redneck (OK, that might be more difficult than that, after all, learning how to turn DAMN into a 4 syllable word and pronounce cement like semen-t ain't easy)
 
AND,the #1 thing to do during a Long Island 30 minute wait......

You're the Man!  Albeit a much smaller one.  Keep up the great work!  At our pace, we might be crossing tracks in the not too distant future.

Now if you can only start working on expanding your mind.  Can you say "TF, RJ, and Damian are really good, talented guys, though our styles and preferences in GCA might differ"?  Or maybe as a small step, "All golf courses have redeeming values, most all are good; it is just that some are better than others".  Okay, I'll settle for the "new", more erudite TommyN.
