Wayne,

Send the form in as soon as you can.

The club and I would prefer to have a written record of everyone's requests so that there can't be any misunderstanding on anyone's part.

Thanks.

P.S.  Where's TEPaul, and why hasn't he read "The Links"

My check is in the mail to Jennifer Hanson for two.  Thanks very much for putting this all together and I look forward to seeing everyone at Hidden Creek.

If Tom Paul is really missing, I suggest not looking in Albuquerque, but rather in Wayne's basement, probably chained to a computer that does not have internet access.

Pat and George,

I haven't seen much of Tom lately.  Maybe he's been playing with his new tractor.  But I'm going to sneak on his farm, I know the weak points in the perimeter.

When I find him, I think I'll tie him up, prop open his eyelids to watch disturbing movies and have him listen to Beethoven's 5th Symphony over and over again.  In a month or so, he'll be compliant and will sit at his keyboard 10 hours a day and we'll have the book completed in a month.

It may be cruel and unusual punishment, but Stanley Kubrick told me it works like a charm!

Pat,

As many have sent their checks without that form, might you have an e-dress to which we could send our requests?

I'm not sure of the current count (Tuesday May 3 at 1pm), but I would like to sign up for both. I'll put the check in the mail today and hope for the best.

Thanks for arranging what will be a great day.

Please refer to the revised form.

Attendees can either attend the symposium, and related activities from 7:45 am to 6:30 pm, or they can attend the symposium AND play golf.

Golf alone is not part of the agenda.
You must attend the morning symposium in order to play golf in the afternoon.
[/color]

Name of Attendee.

_____ I will attend the symposium @ $ 115

_____  I wish to play golf following attendance at the
          symposium @ $ 195

_____  I would like to reserve a Caddy @ $ 45 + tip
(paid directly to caddy, per bag.)

______ I plan on staying for a la carte dinner

Please remember, in order to be eligible to play golf you must attend the morning symposium.

Jeff Lewis,

Good suggestion for those who already forwarded their checks.

Please email your form to Jennifer Hansen at:

jmhansen@hiddencreekclub.com

Please copy Lori Burke at:

lburke@hiddencreekclub.com

Those who are about to forward their checks should include the form.

Any questions, contact me via email or IM

Steve Lapper,

Golf alone is not an option.  Do you want your check refunded or will you be forwarding an additional check to cover the symposium ?

JES II,

I'm glad you'll be able to attend.

TEPaul,

Where are you ?

Kelly Blake Moran,

WHO is running the event is not important.

It's who is not running the event that's important.   ;D

Having been to my previous two get together's you can attest, first hand, to the fact that they've been well run and well attended.

Letting the inmates or peanut gallersy run the asylum or make suggestions is never a good idea.

Sometimes people have to be reminded, numerous times, before they get it.   Like dress codes, cell phone policies and required attendance qualifiers. ;D

I look forward to seeing you.

Just a reminder.

Attendees should make up their own foursomes, preferably, before the event, and inform us, so that we can properly stage the golf portion of the event.

Thanks

Pat,

That mistake was purely non-intentional!! I was communicating with Jennifer on another matter and had forgotten to mark that line...she received a follow-up e-mail a few minutes later that should have cleared every thing up instantly. I ALWAYS intended to be part of the symposium (real reason I am coming)!

If there are any residual problems or issues, please feel free to check with Jen of IM me! Sorry for the confusion. ;D

"TEPaul,
Where are you ?"

Pat:

I'm here big guy. What's the problem? I already mailed my check for $115 to Jennifer. Since I'm not playing golf just going to the symposium to stand in the back and make funny faces at you, is that amount OK? I would've played but right now I can't hit a driver as far as you can yip a putt. During golf I'm gonna follow you around all day and tell you how to play every shot. That's gonna cost you extra though. Plus if you try to give me any grief on here since I'm picking up and delivering back feature-speaker Bill Coore I just might kidnap him and not deliver him to the meeting on Monday. He said it was OK with him if we catch Wayne Newtown's matinee act at Caesars in AC and maybe play some craps afterward.

Steve Lapper,

All's well that ends well.

I think Jeff Siskind and Jeff Cappazzi want to play with you and Kelly.

TEPaul,

Thank you for taking care of Bill Coore, I appreciate it.

Although, I"m concerned about Bill's well being and sanity after spending two hours in a car, with you at the wheel.

As to offering me advice on how to play the golf course,
I'll certainlly listen to anything you say, ......
and then do the opposite.

Dinner at Chef Vola's is at 8:15 on Sunday.  Attendees to include:

Pat Mucci
Jerry Kluger
Dave Talesnick
Alex Chehansky
Jason Mandel
Cary Lichtenstein
Scott Wood
Bill Steele
Mike Nuzzo
Jason Basberg
Steve Shaffer
Steve Solow (Probably late but we will save some food)

We can probably take one or two more if interested.

Chef Vola's
111 S. Albion Pl.
Atlantic City, NJ 08401
(609)345-2022

Chef Vola's is on the ocean block approximately 2 blocks north of the Tropicana Hotel.  The restaurant is in the basement and watch your head on the way in.  If you drive past the restaurant there is a lot secure pay lot a few doors down.  Follow signs for Tropicana and just go a couple of blocks north and turn onto Albion Pl.  Bring your own wine and they will serve it for you.  They do not accept credit cards. Don't eat before hand as they have great food and plenty of it.

Please call the restaurant if you have to cancel last minute.

Nick Sandor and I want to play together on Monday.  We have handicaps of 3 and 6.  Collectively, we are 12-15% more entertaining than one typical GCA member.  Let me know if you are unattached and want to form a foursome.

Also, for someone who can be in Richmond, VA on Friday the 13th, I can host one guest at the Kinloch Club that day.  If there is someone who wishes to play the course, let me know here or via private message.  I'll accept the first response.

I'll be away from my computer for a few hours, but will let you know when someone has accepted.  Thanks.

I would love to play with you guys, I am a 4, so it looks like a good match, if I can find a partner?  Any takers...

OK...I already have a guest for Kinloch.  Sorry I could not invite more...one guest only on Fridays.

Alex,

Great.  While I'm out this afternoon, hopefully we can drum up a fourth.
