How about Texaco outside Houston? Where does it rate in consideration for corporqte golf?

So highly that it was just donated to the city last week.   :)  The city will continue to operate it.

(It's a 6300-yd track that's been semi-private for years, so it's not all that huge a deal.)

Amer Sports, which manufactures Wilson sports equipment owns a 9 hole course here in Finland. It is the only private course in Finland and I havenīt had the pleasure to play it so cannot comment about the qualities.
Tony Ristola might know about the course.

Cheers,

Scott is correct.. I was thinking more along the lines of marketing, but there seems to be more corporate run clubs than I had imagined.

IBM used to own a number of courses -- I know of at least one in Canada (the old IBM Country Club, now nine holes). I assume the same was true for the U.S.
Anyone?

casperkill golf course in pougkeepsie NY (robert trent jones) used to be IBM CC

I'm surprised nobody has mentioned East Lake yet.  It is basically all corporate memberships, except for those that had ones before it was purchased in 1993 as I understand it.  No one company, but definitely a corporate course.

Armco Steel used to own at least two courses in Ohio and Western PA but they have been sold over the years.  Another one of our member courses (Beaver Lakes) was once owned by J&L Steel but sold to the members years ago.

This used to be much more prevalent that it is today I think.
