Forrest Richardson -I was at Cypress Point last week (sorry to name drop) and saw a wonderful rendering that you have completed hanging on the wall.  Are reproductions available?  I would think that many on this site would pay handsomely for a copy. Of course, I am wondering if I can get one with the mandatory architect’s discount.

Hey Tim, regarding Cypress Point. Are you you going to tell folks that your second shot on no. 14 threaded all the way through the trees to the back of the green, from which you birdied. Or that you did a little dance on the tee at no. 16 when you hit the green hole high with your tee shot?

Tim,

If you happen to be a member of the Shivas Irons Society or join (Shivas.org) you can bid on the Cypress Point Lithograph.

I am terribly envious of either each of them or both of them, depending on if they were together.

Tim Liddy led a ratings seminar at Cypress, with Klein, Glen Rapoport and Bill Cosgrove in attendance. If the course gets highly ranked next year, jealous critics from certain magazines can take more cheap shots.

Consensus: modern architecture has lost the art of the cross bunker.

Tim,

The plan at Cypress Point Club was created for my Routing book — which ultimately was reproduced in black/white...there were apparently too many words, so the publisher had to pay for extra letters or paragraphs instead of my color images!

Anyway, the original — as you saw — hangs in the locker room at CPC.

I don't offer prints for sale, but I have dontated a few to charity causes. How about a nominal check to the ASGCA Foundation? I'll e-mail you with some logistics.

A few of you have e-mailed me. I'm happy to provide a few prints under this protocol...we do not sell the prints in honor of the club's wishes, which I'm sure you can all understand. Please do not send me GCA messages...I forget about them and prefer e-mails to the link at the bottom of my posts. Thanks.
