A Perry Maxwell "Handwritten" Signature?
« on: March 13, 2003, 03:33:49 PM »
Does anyone have or know where I could retrieve a legible Perry Maxwell handwritten signature?

Chris Clouser is currently assisting me.

Apparently, our super at Old Town is interested in a company that can duplicate the original architect's signature, for instance, at the bottom corner of a flag or scorecard....just a way to promote or acknowledge your architectural heritage!

It may appear cheesy, but we are willing to investigate and see!

Thanks!

You might try Southern Hills.  Don't have a contact, but seems like I saw something there a couple of years ago with a Maxwell signature.

And, you might try Prairie Dunes. They should have something as it is one of the more highly acclaimed Maxwell products.

Maxwell signed, quite clearly, the plan for Michigan University golf course on page 141 of Tom Doak's MacKenzie biography. He had a great looking signature.
