no order:

Prarie Dunes

i really dug Carnoustie (maybe it was just the great experience with the people there for a couple days--and since it was so hard, i could beg off on playing so poorly--and Belhaven's Best)
Western Gailes
Pinehurst #2
Oak Tree (it's plenty hard too--in the wind, forget it)
Ailsa
Ballybunion

INPO:
Crystal Downs
Kingsley Club (first mention? ???)
Pilgrim's Run
Rustic Canyon
Dunes Club(SC)
Lost Dunes

If I had the choice to play anywhere I have played previously without regard to logistics or cost, I would at this moment choose in this order:

1.  Ballybunion Old - only played it once.  Loved it.  Would like to get to know it better.

2.  Sand Hills

3.  Prestwick - see comments on #1

4.  N. Berwick - I really enjoy the pit hole, the biarritz green, #2, the original redan, and I like the 18th.

5.  Lahinch  - I have played 3-4 times.  Great fun.

6.  Sutton Bay - I would like to try it when the temperature is above 45F.

7.  Harvester - played it around 30 times. I always have fun.

8.    Interlachen - my memory of it is that it might be prime for a restoration through tree removal and green expansion.  I would love to try it again to see if that impression is correct or I just had a bad day.

9.  Pebble Beach - only played it once.  Would like to try it while hitting the ball on the clubface.

10.  Western Gailes - played it once.  Was a magical place.

Better than thinking about the first cold fall day in Minnesota.
