I’m looking too…

Care to see if we can find two others?

Be warned, I may steal your putter and hold it captive at LuLu.  This may be the only way I’ll be able to get you out to see the good work you did there.

Patrick,

Blindfolds would be in order, yes, but I can also proudly state that I chipped in on my final hole of the day today.  THAT hasn't happened in eons, so perhaps hope springs eternal.

Steve,

Just before I saw your message I got a possible invite from a group that had invited a fourth but hadn't heard back yet.  I told them that I'd join if the other person is alread committed.

Otherwise, I'd love to play and I'll let you know just as soon as they respond.  And yes...I'm excited to get back to Lulu soon!  ;D

THanks!!

The Trenhams vs. The Messixes (is that plural for Messix?)
That is a great foursome.  I hope we're hitting into you  ;D

We could also opt for the fathers vs. the sons.  But Mike & Mike are not taking on the pros without some serious shots.

Jim,

We'd love to have you join us.

Fair warning though...as Pat Mucci mentioned, you may want to avert your eyes when I have a wedge in my hands...it can get really ugly and defy all laws of physics.

He thinks the club is possessed.  You can draw your own opinions.  ;D

Mike,

No worries!  With the exception of hitting balls every now and then, lately I've been doing more orienteering (racing through the woods with a topo map in hand, looking for flags) than golf.  Come to think of it, that might come in handy!

Looking forward to it.

Attendees,

If you haven't made your pairings yet, try to do so.

In the event that you haven't made arrangements, the club's staff will make the pairings on monday morning.

Thanks

can I rely on the "posted" driving directions..
OR
will the construction neccesitate a
DETOUR?

if so, best directions from AC?

Scott,

The website gives good directions from AC.

However, be careful making your turn off the exit ramp on the Atlantic City Expressway, it's very dangerous, especially with heavy early morning commuter traffic.

I'll probably take the ACX to the GSP south, to exit 36 and follow the directions from there, just to avoid the hazardous, and I mean hazardous left turn, onto a road with semi blind traffic approaching around a curve and over a hill.

I have the pairing sheet in the form of an attachment to an email that was sent to me.

How do I post that attachment in this thread ?

Just a reminder to everyone attending dinner at Chef Vola's.  It is BYOB, so if you want a bottle of wine, remember to pick it up before hand!

Pat,

Speaking for Lloyd Cole, he is all about walking so I'm sure he'd like to either carry his own or have a caddie.  I guess we can share a caddie, since Bill Dow and Garry are riding.  Is that cool?

Looking forward to seeing everybody.

Wayne,

Yes.

If caddies are available, you can take them.

If not, carts will be required.

However, there is no additional cost for the cart as it's already included as part of the package.

As of 6:00 pm today your check has not been received by Hidden Creek, thus I can't include you as a paid participant.

Alex Stavrides: I had to give Chef Vola's a firm count on Friday so  I'm sorry but  I can't include you as the restaurant only holds about 40 people and they simply don't have room to add people.

I don't know why, but I thought there were 3 options: walk and carry, walk with caddy, and cart. Being a working man and not accustomed to having others assist me in my efforts :), I like to walk and carry. However, I would much prefer walking with a caddy to riding in a cart, so if those are my choices, please put me down for a caddy.

Thanks again for all the work putting this together. I'm really looking forward to Monday.
