I believe this photograph was taken in February of this year during the NBA All-Star weekend.  The gentlemen in the middle, face obscured, is Titans cornerback Adam "Pacman" Jones and the group is looking at a mapquest printout for directions to the Minxx Club on Wynn Road in Las Vegas.  

That is definitely Golf's Most Beloved on the right.  Perhaps D. B. Cooper on the left.
