Congratulation GCAers!
« on: February 09, 2007, 07:19:36 AM »
For the first time in almost a year and a half there isn’t one OT topic on the opening page! I woke up this morning and could not believe my eyes. I am over whelmed with nostalgia.  ;D

You'vre rather spoiled that now, though, haven't you?
In July I will be riding two stages of this year's Tour de France route for charity, including Mont Ventoux for the William Wates Memorial Trust (https://rideleloop.org/the-charity/) which supports underprivileged young people.

So you choose to celebrate this by posting an OT-thread...  ;)

But Mikey Malone didn't put up an OT warning on his thread as is required in the GCA bylaws.  He's in for a beating tonight at the Newtown Square diner until he cries "Thank you sir, may I have another?" no less than 20 times!

Reminds me of the standard government-issue filler in a massive report: "This page intentionally left blank"

Brad,

Kind of like the time a friend's mother yelled at him saying, "how many times have I told you to stop your godd*mn swearing?"

reminds me of the first time my mom caught me swearing...we were both standing on our front porch and I forget what happened but I let loose with a volley of profanities....

that soap did not taste very good...

 Wayne,

My thread is a jovial discussion of golf course architecture.

So now we are celebrating that people are not following the rules and labeling things OT?
