Way to go, again.
How was the British Mid Am?
George,
The British Mid-Am was great. I hit the ball well enough to make Match Play, but unfortunately, I putted like Ray Charles after a double expresso, and missed the cut by 2 shots.

Muirfield was absolutely fantastic. It is just a great championship test of golf. Because it's a links course, it is very difficult to compare it to the great courses here in the US, but it just may be the finest golf course I've ever played. It is very demanding on all aspects of your game, but it is also very fair as well. The best part...I was able to play 4 rounds at Muirfield for the low, low cost of the 35 pound entry fee(about $65)...not a bad deal.

I also played North Berwick West and Dunbar my last two days there. N Berwick West I had played a couple of years ago, but this was the first time I had played Dunbar. Dunbar is a great links course about 12 miles east of N Berwick. The highlight of Dunbar is 14 consecutive holes that run along a thin piece of land between a really large and long stone wall and the Ocean. It is just a spectacular setting.
