Location of the project is Butler, Georgia. Membership is invitation only. I'm told they have signed up quite a few.
THE NEXT SEVEN:  Alfred E. Tupp Holmes Municipal Golf Course, Willi Plett's Sportspark and Driving Range, Peachtree, Par 56, Browns Mill, Cross Creek, Piedmont Driving Club

A lot of detail about the club in this job listing.

https://theclubcouncil.com/fall-line-cfo

The founders envision a highly selective membership of approximately 100 individuals. Fall Line will serve as a retreat for these members, their families and guests (accompanied and unaccompanied) complete with accommodations, food and beverage and sporting pursuits.

Fall Line currently has 36 holes of golf under design by the Australian golf architecture firm of Ogilvie, Cocking and Mead (OCM) and will include an 12-hole short course and a “Himalayas” style putting complex as well as ample practice facilities and instructional areas. The courses will combine elements of English heathland courses with the Australian sand belt architecture brought to the region by Alister McKenzie.

Feels a little strange to build 36 holes, a short course, and a putting course if you're only planning to have 100 members as a destination club. Seems like they'd have trouble having one course even half full on most days, much less two and everything else.

I guess if the members are willing to spend the money, though, it doesn't really matter how much it's actually used.
