Stumbled across the real estate listing below.  Anyone know the story behind this place?

It has a short course supposedly modeled after St. Andrews and a clubhouse resembling the one from Augusta National.

Interesting nugget of information...The Whitehall lock on the canal fills from the city side, and is quite turbulent when filling  It makes controlling your boat a bit challenging.

Looks like the folks from the Sugarloaf Social Club purchased the Field Club.  They hired a superintendent who’s getting this 6 hole tract ready for a summer 2023 reopening.
