I don't know who did the bunker work... but I echo the comment that the new bunkers appear to be an upgrade from the previous iteration. I wonder if any other work was done there?
I played LV once a few years ago and thought the bunkering felt flat and uninspired. It was like the same amoeba shaped bunker was copy/pasted across the whole course. I had similar thoughts about Coldstream, another Dick Wilson course closer to home. Coldstream is getting ready to reopen after a Keith Foster update, so I'm hoping the bunkers there have been similarly refreshed.
