While the course can be stretched, the greens are large, very puttable, and the fairways wide that run fast. There is a lot of sand but playing out them is easier than thick rough. Someone will shoot -20. Of course they do that on most courses.

That's what i was thinking.  Average temps that time of year is high 80s, low 90s in that area, and I can't even imagine how unbearably humid it'll be.  Get ready for some PGA-Tour style wet T-shirt contests!  ;D
