Cliff,
In Oregon the air quaiity along the I-5 corridor is hazardous for the most part. My club closed on day because of air quality, The LPGA is in Portland this week and it was dropped from 72 to 54 holes. The stalwarts in my group play 6 days a week, but haven't been out for a week.
There are two golf courses that concerned me in Middle Oregon. Tokatee, east of Eugene and Blue River was very fortunate that the Holiday Farm fire started just to its west, so there was no physical impact, Elkhorn Valley seems to be within the fire boundary of the Beachie fire, but I saw a NYT map that showed the fire along the north edge of the course, but not on the course proper. But that was 5-6 days ago.
In the greater Medford area no fire at Eagle Point or Rogue Valley, but it looks like part of Centennial CC may have been impacted along 2and 3. I would guess sprinkles on would save the holes. Just check their facebook page and they were not directly affected.
