Great 9-hole routings on established 18 hole courses New
« on: March 18, 2018, 12:35:35 PM »
Further to my other thread on 9-hole twilight events, the composite course at Reddish Vale has attracted a lot of interest.

Our course consists of holes 6-10, 13-15, and 18. It flows superbly and requires the full range of shots from players. I would venture that it is better than nearly all other "normal" 9 hole courses. I've certainly never played one that comes close.

Obviously on a course with returning nines a short course would consist of one or other of the halves, but on other courses a little more imagination is required.

Any other examples of great 9 hole composite courses?
