Good stuff, I love the nine hole par three. If were to grow the game again I feel courses like that are the key along with good practice facilities.

I know Kyle Franz well, having gotten a chance to spend a lot of time with him when interviewed for to do some work. He's a very talented architect and his work at Mid Pines was nothing short of spectacular. It's great to see him continue to get a chance to impress.
