I also propose we compare today not with 2010 or 2005 or even 2000. We need to go back to 1995, just before the Tiger Bubble forced the hand of developers toward golf courses. That should be the talking point in this thread.

It should be noted that you are coming up to the 10 year anniversary of the moniker "Bogey" or the more swashbuckling offshoot, "Bogero."
As this milestone draws nearer we anticipate unbridled excitement among those involved in the Discussion Group.
"Momentum" will be restored and then rise to unprecedented levels. :o


I thought it was "Bogerino" as in Duderino as in the Big Lebowski.  Let's continue to aim high.
