Warrior Custom Golf
« on: March 11, 2014, 01:01:33 AM »
I played Quail Crossing in Boonville, IN today and found out it had been bought by Warrior late last year. I guess they own and manage several courses. It seems like a unique business model to sell custom clubs and own golf courses.

They own the Golf Club at Rio Vista in Northern Calif.

Kyle Henderson is a fan of that course.   ;D

a buddy of mine loves the free trials and time share demo "deals."  Last year Warrior sent him a hybrid to try for free for a period, then he had to buy it or send it back.  He then negotiated with them to buy it, but they agreed to send him 2 more hybrids and a putter for doing so.  At the end of the year he got a calendar from Warrior with pictures of the courses it owns -- including several here in NC.  Looks like they own a fair number of courses.  There were coupons to play most of them in the back, along with photos of Warrior models.   ;D
