Lyle Anderson is back...

Lyle Anderson, the developer who brought us Desert Highlands, Desert Mountain, Loch Lomond, Superstition Mountain, Las Campanas and
 Hokuli’a , is now developing a high end residential property and resort adjacent to The Golf Club, Scottsdale. His empire collapsed during the Great Recession:

Thanks for that but unfortunately having trouble getting on to the link.

Just for clarification, Lyle Anderson didn't develop Loch Lomond as he bought it from the bank after the original developer went bust.
