Tom Doak,

Building them today, in their original form, is different from building them today, modified.

There's water/marsh/bay on # 9, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17 and 18 at NGLA and I don't know if you'd get the permitting needed.

Recently, someone indicated that the tee on 18 couldn't be shifted north due to encroachment on the offset, so you have to wonder.

In addition, there were some substantial concessions and tradeoffs at Sebonack which wouldn't be available at NGLA/SHCC
