Happy Birthday Mr. Bernhardt
« on: January 24, 2012, 09:47:06 AM »
I only know this because of Facebook, but happy birthday to Mr. Bernhardt.  I doubt that our birthday wishes will mean more than the attractive women posting to his Facebook page, but oh well.

I first met Tiger at Pasatiempo during the second Kings Putter.  He and I were paired against Shivas and Huckaby.  How lucky can a guy who'd never met a single participant on this website be?    My favorite time spent with him, however was at Desert Mountain when we squeezed in an emergency 18.  Great memories, great fellowship, great venues, great guy.

Happy Birthday John.

Tiger,

Best of luck.  I'm happy to see you're staying around here.  Hopefully I'll see you the second weekend in December in the GA Dome again this year...figuratively speaking.

Thank you so much for such a nice surprise today. I am an older divorced guy now, so such niceties rarely happen. It was a special birthday day in many ways. Thank you again for such a kind gesture.

Tiger,

All of the well intentioned guys wishing you a happy birthday are bozos.

What's really important is not a day celebrating your birthday, notable as it is, but celebrating your unbirthday, all 365 of them this year.

So happy unbirthdays to you !

Tiger, indeed may you have a very happy birthday. In Oz parlance, "Have a great day mate and sink a few coldies".
