I'd like to know if there might be a swing toward other kinds of greens construction besides USGA style and if they think we may see a return to hard and fast turf conditions and the reintroduction of luck/bad luck.
Also, their thoughts on overwatering and design elements that make watering necessary to make a course playable. e.g. greens tucked behind water that require the aerial game.
Also, are convex fairways passe' in the design world? I'd like to see more, myself.
Is the ground game forgotten from design because the pros don't use it?
Is the higher awareness of golf course design by the general public putting more pressure on designers to deliver interesting layouts?
etc. . . (for now)
