There are so many ways to make double or worse, pretty quickly, versus routine USOpen/PGA set-up with some combination of trees/deep rough/quick greens, etc. Those are often hack out and proceed. Much different at Kiawah. Haven't played Whistler, but Kiawah just seems much tighter than Whistler.
I hope the wind blows for 2 or 3 days. Letting the ball hang in the air for 300 yards probably will not work on a windy day. I think a Euro is very likely to win again.
