Who said this and what do you think? If we had hazards that met the definition this man set forth as fair, don't you think maybe the pro game would afford a little more strategy?

C.B. Macdonald. let us return to the days when hazards were feared!! uniform sand conditions and bunkers that always allow for the forward advancement of the ball have yielded them as havens from the much more sinister and unpredictable roughs.
