Its a Jack Nicklaus design and 9 holes have been opened at this point. It will probably be another 2-3 years before the other 9 holes open. The course was part of a HUGE housing development that has gone cold. I was out there a few weeks ago and I believe they said that the development was laid out for several thousand homes and they have sold about 50-75. I'm pretty sure the course itself was sold sometime last year and it may currently be owned by a bank. I don't remember all the details, but I do know that it has been troubled for a while now.
I played the 9 holes they had and enjoyed them. The greens were at bit over the top on some holes, but aside from the fact that its not easy to walk I found that the holes are pretty decent.
