3rd hole at Whitefish Lake GC (South Course) in Whitefish, Montana.  The 3rd green is directly next to the 2nd green, so after putting out on the 2nd hole, you walk back nearly 200 yards to the 3rd tee.  In fact, after looking at the course map just now, I am reminded there were several other similar transitions - after finishing the first hole, you walk backwards ~100 yards to get to the second tee.  It's a fairly fun and very scenic course, but it has several routing issues.
