A statician's view on Masters scoring over the years

I am sure not many of visit this site, but they do provide some very interesting statistical analysis on current events. This one is quite amusing as a statistician with what appears to be a limited knowledge of golf trying to figure out why the scores have been going down at the Masters over the years.
