Interesting article.  I wonder where the young Giuliani learned his trade.

More O/T:  Rod Myers was the head golf coach at Ohio State in my first couple years there and was the first golf instructor I had.  Unlike his recently retired successor at OSU who, on his best days, treated most non-varsity student golfers as nuisances, Coach Myers was cheerful, friendly, encouraging, accessible, and highy effective with his students.  That I was new to the game and very poor financially did not affect how he related to me.  Though his replacement took the men's varsity golf program to new heights, the members and students I knew were very disturbed when Coach Myers left for Duke.  I am saddened to learn of his passing.

1.  Guy who's so intense he doesn't make friends, but does self-destruct
2.  Likeable flyover country guy
3.  Quirky guy
4.  Guy with a stupid hat
5.  Older guy who thinks he knows better but doesn't
6.  Loudmouth a-hole guy

etc.
