Judging by the reader comments, this guy Basil Beck should be drawn and quartered.There are a lot of seriously pissed offf people in Corpus Christi. It's no fault of Bill's design that this place is going down. It sounds like this "businessman" Beck was planning on the course's demise from the get-go. Unfortunately for him the housing market went down the crapper after he let the course die over a three year period.
