Alfonso,

I am not sure - my dictionary says "proclamare qualcosa" - "etwas ausrufen" and that in English is "to declare sth" -

- but then you are the latin man (with a German name), so I guess you must be right!

Tanti saluti,

Christoph

Gents,

I don't know where you are with this research but it seems you have no definite word of the ISGA after 1933? I can certainly add to this. Tom Simpson directly refers to the ISGA in his September 1936 report to Ballybunion...

Same line as before: "The International Society of Golf Course Architects prohibit their members giving or receiving commissions"... But it's in context when referring to appointing Suttons for the work... so it was very much a going concern at the time...

Thanks for this, and very interesting that it appeared the ISGA (or ISGCA?) was still about in 1936 and referred to by Simpson and his report. If it lasted any longer than that, then WW2 almost certainly would have killed it off. I have found nothing further since January.
cheers Neil
