GCGC is getting faster and firmer with each day.
Unfortunately, it appears that the weather won't cooperate as the forecast calls for rain Friday, Sat and Sun.
The greens are rolling very true, the rough is in its usual spring form and the wide fairways are producing tight lies.
I believe that the Superintendent, Dave Pugh and President and former Green Chairman, Tom Sullivan, who also happens to be a good golfer, all "get it" and are striving for optimal conditions.
The golf course is not only a joy to play, but, a joy to walk.
I haven't formalized my schedule yet, but, I'd like to meet you on Friday, Sat or Sun.
