Can anyone direct me to a photograph of the clubhouse of Shadow Creek, Nevada?  I should be most grateful if you can.

Mark, I have one, but its between my ears.

Relatively non descript, both at the entrance when you arrive in your "limo" and in the rear which you first see as you prepare to hit your third shot in to the 18th green.  In some ways I would say it has a South Carolina "low country" kind of feel to it.  It's only one story and the only place you can see the golf course from inside is the dining room.

If I remember correctly, when you are on the property, you can't see the sides of the building, except for a door to the locker room at the turn immediately adjacent to a ramp down which your caddy will drive your cart in order to refill the coolers and rummage through your bag in order to help himself to some of your casino winnings which you mistakenly put in your bag in his full view at the start of your round. (Only happened to me once....at least I think it did).

Not sure what you need it for, but I think Wynn did a better job with the clubhouse at Cascata, especially the waterfall/stream that runs from the back of the driving range all the way through the clubhouse.  It's pretty spectacular, in a very Las Vegas, over the top, kind of way.

I do not think Wynn had anything to do with the Cascata clubhouse. It is over the top in a Vegas sort of way, but I loved it.

Jim,
Actually, I think he did...Cascata was Wynn's baby, his follow up to Shadow and I think he was very involved in all aspects of the design, including the clubhouse which I believe was all finished prior to the company being bought out from under him by MGM.  It was supposed to be to the Bellagio what Shadow was to the Mirage when it first opened.  Shadow now does double duty and Cascata is open to the public.

Mark,
Go to http://maps.live.com and enter this address:
54 Losee Rd., North las Vegas, Nevada, 89031
You will need to navigate around to get the exact location for Shadow Creek, but you can see an overhead plus get a bird's eye view(oblique) of the big white clubhouse.

Doesn't look to be small.

edit: p.s. Mark, I noticed that there was a way to send the exact link so check your email
