Brambles property in CA

Any news on if the fire in NoCal effected the planned Brambles development? The images from Middletown are pretty bad but I'm not sure exactly where the property is vs where the fire got to.

It's right there in Middletown. Just last week I was told they were going to start construction in the fall. Not sure if this will push things back.

I'm told Aetna Springs survived the fire and the Weiskopf course called Langtry Farms also survived but the fire burned right up to the property.

A friend in SF said he'd heard the clubhouse at Aetna Springs was burned.  I have not had a chance to find out directly from the course yet.
