I am really enjoying the webcast from the 7th at Pebble Beach during AT&T. The hole plays tough today, right into the wind. Most of the pros are hitting safe punch shots that ends up at the front of the green (the pin is at the back). The majority of the few birdie chances I've seen so far comes from amateurs that goes for it/tops it/misjudges the distance.

Anyway, I found it surprisingly interesting to watch a broadcast that just covers one hole. Especially in a Pro-Am format where I get to see how both pro's and amateurs tackle the challenge.

Why did the link open up mms.gov which is the US government's minerals (i.e. oil) website?  ???

The [ url ] tag seems to add an http:// before the address.  There should just be an mms:// - which is a protocol for transfering streams across the net. I recommend that you copy the link from my previous post and just paste it into the browser instead of clicking on it.

Cheers,

Eric

Here is the link in text form, which you can copy and paste into your browser (minus the quote marks):

While I have it on computer at work, I don't seem to be able to get much "work" done.  Btw the 20 deg weather and a broken thumg, I REALLY can't wait for spring.

Fun to watch right now...wind has picked up and the club of choice for the pros the last few groups from a 110 tee (playing 102 downhill) has been an 8 iron.

Edited to add...pace of play today (even compared to Thurs and Friday) is slooooooooooow.
