Olgiata (1961 CK Cotton, Jim Fazio)

Olgiata used to be in the World Atlas of Golf, but it disappeared to make way for something else. Google Earth has a very clear image if you copy and paste the bearings above.
You might also want to investigate Roma, which is an old course on the Via Appia Nova not far from the city centre. I've not played it, but there were some very lovely photos of it, Roman ruins and all, in a 1989 book called Golf, Great Courses of the World, by Andre-Jean Lafaurie and Jean-Francois Lefevre.

The firm of Cotton, Pennink, Lawrie and Partners did a great deal of consultancy work in this country. Sometimes they were even involved in public appeals concerning new roads which were to be built through or over an existing golf course. Often their visits were merely to advise on greenkeeping practices. Probably the best-known of Cotton's courses is St Pierre, which used to be a regular European tour venue. Ross on Wye has many admirers, but few on GCA - too many trees!
