to use the graduated rough concept in the upcoming years?

Should it be based upon the particular course, or will they fall in love with it and continue to use it at every future venue?

Seemed to be well received on day one - I'd say that while the usage of the concept would be best considered on a case-by-case basis, I think a resounding success at WFW will lead to the USGA strongly considering making this the rule for the next couple of years at least.

And, I think the PGA Tour should look into this concept as well for certain tour events. I'm sure Jack Nicklaus will consider this for The Memorial.
