All right, I'll go first from the NW contingent...
As always, it depends on what you're expectation level is. If you're looking for an adequate course, with some peek-a-boo views of the Seattle skyline/waterfront at a fairly reasonable price, then this will fit the bill. For this price you will get low maintenance and regularly spotty, at best, conditions, nearly unputtable greens, long and fitful rounds, plenty of time to review the surrounding neighborhoods...
You will also get a few interesting holes on some of the land falling off the ridge on which the clubhouse sits--you will not get anything to suggest that you're playing an Egan course.

If you or friends are making the effort to play when in Seattle, any of the municipal courses would be a tough sell...
