What sort of camera did you use?  I think I'll buy one of those.

Interesting how cities and all their troubles are but a greyish smudge on the otherwise sweeping pallete of greens and earthy browns.

Is this source of pictures from space free?  Could you post a url?

Are you guys having a laugh? Because there's no way Machrihanish is visible from space on that photograph. I can see the long, sandy beach to the north of Machrihanish, which runs north-south for a number of miles, and as I know exactly where Machrihanish is I can figure out where on the photograph it should be, but there's nothing in that picture to distinguish it. (I'm guessing that you're confusing beaches for golf courses...)
