Yes, the OGWR is skewed to the data from the PGA Tour, but that hardly renders the results "meaningless."

Apologies.
I do think it is good that the previously considered "4th Major" has raised its game in terms of the quality of field, but perhaps the remaining number of PGA Pro slots flies a bit in the face of that.
They have also raised the standard of their venues, which for this place is perhaps a good thing?
However, such comparisons (such as, "is Young Tommy better than Jack and/or Tiger") are debatable, but unsolvable with flawed input data
