I would love to see a Jack Nicklaus nine hole course added next.

I think there's more chance of a Jackie Chan course at Bandon tbh...

Where do I see space for courses 8, 9, and 10?

-East of Sheep Ranch.

-North of Trails and East of Labyrinth

The proposed 8th course is south of town, but the permits for it face opposition.  I don't know where else they are thinking.  It wouldn't be very dunes in any of the locations you suggest.

Curious as i havne’t been for over 10 years, has the surrounding area of Bandon grown in terms of population and infrastructure in that time? I would think it should have made some impact as it is year round, unlike Sand Valley for example, where it is seasonal.

Was there a few weeks ago, the newest course is supposed to be about 15 mins south of the resort on the other side of town. I wanna say they said it would be Doak but it could have been C&C, I remember it being one of the two. Apparently being held up by local politics

That would be news to me.  As far as I know, David Kidd is going to build it, if it ever happens.
