Anyone know where this $40 million PIP fund came from? Found money in the income statement of this "non-profit"? Where did they reallocate $40 million from, which benefits 10 people in the world from this "non-profit"?

Certainly seems to give credence to the conspiracy theory that Brooks and BDC got together and coordinated antics for some extra $$$.  And if we're handing out awards, Brooks would certainly win for best actor category cause it sure seems like he genuinely doesn't like him.

However, I agree in principle with this article that basically posits based on the timing of the Saudi tour, it was a way to pay the big names extra money in light of not allowing appearance fees on Tour.
