Played it many times and was involved in getting it up and running. I haven't played it since the houses got built, but really liked it. It doesn't look like the homes are too intrusive, though, but most courses in the area have no homes, so it's unique. First 4 holes are very plain. 6-10 are very good. I also liked 13-16 quite a bit. I am surprised by the slope and rating. There are a lot of forced carries, and some are pretty big. It does play longer than the card. 9 is one of my favorite holes anywhere.
