I am hoping we don't get snow the last week of February.

About one inch of snow on course today, Sunday.

In 2017, there was a lot of rain and some bunkers at Pacific Dunes had water in them. And there was a pond in front of no. 7 tee.

The depression in front of the 7th tee is a vernal pool, which is a type of seasonal wetland, that we worked around in designing the course.  It used to fill up with water every winter, but it has stayed dry in some recent winters.  There are drains around the edge of it so if it overflows its bounds, the rest of the water is taken away by the drainage system we installed.
