It took me a bit to realize the the golf course where I learned to play (Brookside GC in Saline, MI) has both 9 and 18 as par 3s.  Until now, I never thought that was out of the ordinary, but I guess it is pretty rare.

Just played one Hartland Glen GC North course in Hartland, MI has par 3s for both 9 and 18.
