Mayfield

Sven and Jim Kennedy both posted the photograph of the 13th at Mayfield Country club from page 97 of Thomas' Golf Architecture in America that I can't access from my server at work.  See Sven's 1922 Mystery Photos thread from November 2014.  Hopefully, someone who's not an idiot can link the thread and post it.  Sorry for botching this whole thing, but has there been a course tour done recently for Mayfield?

Michael H - I have a full set of photos from when I walked it Spring 2014. The golf course is super cool. If you are like me and love bold contours, steep slopes, and generally super sporty golf than I imagine you will love it too. The place has so much potential. I have only seen that one historic pic too, but if the rest of the course was like that, a restoration could be pretty incredible.

Don't think my photobucket works here anymore, but happy to send you a dropbox link of the album.

I was a member at Mayfield when I lived up in Cleveland from 2011-2015. I think I have historical photos of 6 of the holes from the same time period as Sven's picture of the 13th. I also have various pictures that I took over the years while playing there. None of those came out very spectacular, but I may try to put together a brief photo tour with the pics I do have sometime this weekend.

Here are pictures of the 13th in the 1920's compared to today.
