I mentioned this on the Larry Packard thread, but no one commented. I was sorry to hear of it, and didn't know it was cancer.
RIP seems appropriate. Many people I talked to said they hoped Roger had found some peace in his life. I didn't know him well enough to know what that meant, exactly, but wished it for him, too. I do know that he struggled professionally, at least compared to his father. I played golf with Larry a dozen years ago, and he lamented that he had to keep selling jobs to give Roger something to do. That was before he moved to China.
Can you list Roger's Chinese projects?
