Australia

I'm lucky enough to be planning a trip to Australia for basically the whole of November.  I'm already in touch with a number of GCAers and others who I already know, or who have been introduced to me by others.  Whilst over there it would be great to meet as many of the Australian GCA contingent as possible.  I'll be spending time in Sydney, Tasmania, Melbourne and Adelaide.

If there's anyone down there who I am not already in touch with who fancies meeting for a beer or a bite to eat (or both!) please drop me a line, I'd love to meet up.
In June I will be riding the first three stages of this year's Tour de France route for charity.  630km (394 miles) in three days, with 7800m (25,600 feet) of climbing for the William Wates Memorial Trust (https://rideleloop.org/the-charity/) which supports underprivileged young people.

Would be a pleasure Mark, if you promise to avoid any talk about the dismal Australian cricket team!

When are you in Melbourne and Sydney?

Oh come on Chris, there's no other Austrailian cricket team he'd rather talk about.

Enjoy the trip.

Let's make GCA grate again!

Chris,

Well, that might be a problem. Part of my itinerary involves going to watch that dismal Australian cricket team!  In a game against the Saffas, I may even be supporting them*.

I'm in Sydney from 31 October to 8 November and in Melbourne from 14 to 21 November.  It would be great if we could catch up.

*That's a lie.  I might have to remain steadfastly neutral.
