Happy New Year!

As promised, the plans for 2014 King's Putter at Chambers Bay is firming up. I am ready to take deposits to secure our spots.

Here are the details:

May 30th, Friday - Morning round at Gold Mountain Olympics Course, afternoon round at Gold Mountain Cascade Course
May 31st, Saturday - Morning round at Chambers Bay, afternoon round at The Home course
June 1st, Sunday - Morning round at Chambers Bay

Hotel - at the fabulous Hotel Murano in Tacoma, WA (2 nights)

All this for very reasonable $550 (including hotel). For those who do not need hotel, I will get you a separate quote later.

I will be capping it at the total of 32 people for now. Depending on number of people interested, I may increase it or lower it. In case of over-subscription, I will give preference to previous KP participants as usual.

If you are interested, you will need to send a deposit of $100 by 1/29 to me. PM me and I will send you the address to send your check to.

Don't miss this chance to play a US Open host site just a year before the tournament.

I don't have the cost without the hotel yet, but expect the cost to be less by $150 or so.

Bump... for those who expressed interest, please contact me so that I can get your deposit, especially for previous attendees. There are a lot of first timers who would like to come, but I want to make sure there is space.

That is an amazing price. If I weren't on the other side of the continent, I think I'd play. Since I am, I shan't.

Rich,

Unfortunately I am not coming.  Please release my spot.  I'll be deployed again. I was really looking forward to having everyone over for drinks after our golf.

How much does Alex charge to caddy for him?

Last call this week. Contact Richard Choi.

Richard,
I am only playing the morning round at Gold Mountain. I will be up at Sagebrush before, and driving down to Tacoma on Thursday, transporting the trophy.  Again, if anyone wants to test out Sagebrush before the King's Putter, let me know.
