Breckinridge G & CC in Morganfield, Ky

Anyone ever played this course? I thought it was a very solid track, particularly the older front nine. The seventh hole was a redan-like hole with a devilish little green that I deemed to be an outstanding hole. I guess it was an old military course designed at the end of the Second War to end all wars.

I thought the Great War (1914-1918) was "the war to end all wars."   How'd that work out?

Most military golf courses were built in the interregnum between the World Wars.

Yes WWI was the war to end all wars, WWII was the second war to end all wars. Has not worked out very well IMHO.
